Testimonials

Counseling sessions with my counselor felt like conversations with an older sister. I was encouraged to hear her wisdom from having walked in similar situations that I was currently facing. As we met week after week, I soon discovered that the majority of things I was dealing with were a result of past wounds. Facing revealed hurts was not an easy process, but I thank God for the resources, recommended reading material, support, and necessary accountability that she provided. Biblical counseling was an answer to prayer and I can now say with Paul, “this happened that [I] might not rely on [myself] but on God, who raises the dead.” (2 Corinthians 1:9).

Biblical counseling helped me dig deeper into my sin. It helped me to focus and find out the root of it. I’m glad this was available during the time when I needed it the most.
